I contribute to the development and implementation of visual merchandising strategies, including:

  • Defining visual merchandising guidelines and calendars, across retail and digital channels

  • Developing in-store and window display concepts, combining visual impact with feasibility

  • Identifying the right mix of display tools, props, and materials to support the brand experience

Working closely with internal teams, we ensure that strategies are not only well-defined, but also practical to roll out and maintain across locations.
