For over twenty years, Hélène Parisot has worked as a visual merchandising specialist and project manager for luxury retail brands and products. Her client experience includes international brands such as Cartier, Chanel and Vertu in New York, Paris, Moscow and London. Her scope included defining retail visual merchandising strategies and implementing consistent visibility in store across the world.
Hélène is recognised for her attention to detail, design practicality and expertise. She creates visual merchandising programmes from creative concept through to delivery for clients seeking a turnkey service, formulating design, strategy, prouction planning, rolling out the implementation and inputting controls.
Her bespoke displays help retailers of all sizes stand out, ensuring that the execution is consistent, on time, within budget and reflects the client’s brand image.
Hélène, now working under her own brand – A Sprinkle of Deco & Art, is grounded in supporting the sales and marketing requirements of her clients while consumers are drawn to have a strong emotional connection with products and brands, through her cleverly crafted story-telling.

The management of new build and fit-out projects is all part of the service. Clients are reassured that Hélène’s strong project, organisation and resource management skills, gained from working in various retail projects, demonstrate her control of every assignment she undertakes.
Hélène is skilled at co-ordinating health and safety during the pre-construction phase and developing good rapport with staff across all levels of any organisation to engage them fully in the project in hand.
She holds various industry-recognised certifications that provides peace of mind for all parties in construction projects and certifies that she has the competency and meets the required standard to manage the job.

Helene provides her services as an independent Retail Project Manager through her sister company Store On Track.
INSTALLer OF CRYSTAL FIXTURES
Hélène has a real passion for crystal objects and more particularly lighting. She was specially trained by Baccarat teams in the assembly, dismantling and cleaning of crystal chandeliers.
Hélène also holds the Simple Electrical Operations accreditation (BS/BE Manoeuvre), to carry out all installations in a professional and safe manner.
